What Month Is Worst For Depression?

When I first started doing some research for this article, I was thinking I would find statistics about which month of the year is most depressing for people. I didn’t find what I was looking for, because the overwhelming evidence shows that depression and suicide rates are the highest they have ever been. Globally. It’s a trend that began sometime in 2008. And it’s growing, apparently.

This is very sad news! It’s sad because of the losses, but it’s also sad because there are so many alternatives to depression ~ many of them natural and very effective. How can you tell someone’s family that a suicide didn’t have to happen? That’s cruel and useless information after the fact.

So what needs to happen is for better information to reach a bigger number of people. And that’s why I’m writing this blog post today.

Help is easily available for depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and feelings, grief and loss, post traumatic stress disorders, and so much more. We have very effective flower essence formulas right here, at affordable prices, for all these conditions. If you or someone you love is having trouble right now, PLEASE send them to my web site and get them some help.

Flower essences are effective, have NO side effects, come with a choice of preservatives (in case you can’t tolerate the alcohol, as it is usually sold in stores) — and the cost is very reasonable. Don’t suffer from depression; get help!

There are a lot of stressful things going on in the world right now, but you will cope with all of them better when your own system is thriving again. Here’s the link again. Please get some natural, safe help. Today.

Before I found out how bad it’s getting out there, I thought from articles I’d read a few years ago that the spring time is (oddly enough) one of the most dangerous times of the year. Worse than holidays, birthdays, or anniversaries put together. Why? Because in the spring time most people feel more hopeful and positive; the weather starts to get nicer, flowers start blooming, and the life force energy is stronger. But for people who are lonely, in pain, or depressed, that just makes it worse! What should be hopeful is instead a reminder of what’s just out of reach.

So if this spring finds you in a bad situation, remember there is help. And reach for it!
